Delete your FitendAi account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open FitendAi and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Support and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

- Your profile: name, email, photo, body data and settings
- All sessions, records, badges, streaks and interval plans
- Friends, friend requests and leaderboard entries
- AI Coach conversations and weekly reviews
- Push tokens and in-app notifications
Good to know
- Subscriptions aren’t cancelled automatically. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings first, or you may still be charged.
- Copies in backups are overwritten on our provider’s backup cycle.
- We may keep limited purchase records where the law requires.
- Sessions you saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stay there. Remove them in those apps if you want.
